Sponsored by Inland Empire Breastfeeding Coalition, the photo contest is celebrating it's 10th anniversary. 

We would like to celebrate the beauty and suitability of breastfeeding and recognize breastfeeding moms for their commitment in choosing what is best for their baby! 

The Inland Empire Breastfeeding Coalition's Annual Photo Contest is running THROUGHOUT the month of August.  The deadline for submission of photos is Friday September 18th, 2009.  Please see Rules and Forms for Submission Location.

What the Breastfeeding Photo contest involves:
-Any designated person to photograph you breastfeeding your child
-Your photographer will submit your photo to the Coalition to be judged in one of several categories.

-Special prizes for winners and complimentary photo for each participant will be given at our World Breastfeeding Month Celebration.

There are so many opportunities to capture breastfeeding women in natural settings, at Breastfeeding Cafes, Lactation Clinics and WIC and hospital WBM celebrations.  Let's not forget family and friends.  Loving Support is holding many World Breastfeeding Celebrations and Photo Opportunities through out August and photographers may contact Christy Hendricks at mommymilk@msn.com for more information

Suggestions: 

This year's theme is Breastfeeding: A Vital Emergency Response.  Are you ready?

The first hour of life, restaurants, tandem, multiples, moms in groups,  the older child,           public places,  at work, black and white, sepia, artisitic, unique, families, siblings, mom-dad-baby, close-up, different positions, etc., etc.....

Photos do not have to be current as long as they meet the current requirements. 

Personal photos taken that meet contest rules are welcome!
